High temperature often indicates that the bearing has been in abnormal condition. High temperature is also harmful to skf bearing smootheners. Sometimes bearing overheating can be attributed to the bearing smooth agent. If the bearing is transferred for a long time at a temperature beyond 125℃, the bearing life is reduced. Causes of high temperature bearings include: lack of smooth or fire smooth, smooth agent. (If the bearing is too small, it is recommended to select cold installation tools or bearing heating plates)

Four, the voltage, according to the field condition, the general bearing heater can be changed to the specified voltage according to the field requirements.

Specification: 0-250℃. The temperature at which bearings are heated mainly depends on the size of the interference between bearings and shafts. According to different bearing suppliers, the temperature at which bearings are heated is slightly different. Usually, heating bearings is strictly prohibited from exceeding 120℃, otherwise it will cause the metallographic structure of bearings to be damaged, and then lead to bearing damage.

4. Rotating heating rod or sliding heating rod. Rotating heating rod and sliding heating rod are planned to facilitate the taking of bearings from the heater.

Seven, if the heating rod does not match the length and width of the corresponding bearing, please do not force the heater, because it will make the equipment damaged or even burned.
