Cooking oils contain linoleic acid, which is unsaturated fat, and too much of this fat is responsible for AMD, or should I say, age-related muscle damage. It is the cause of blurry vision or vision loss. Now, linoleic acid can be found in oils like sunflower oil, safflower oil, corn oil, sesame oil, and soybean oil. However, cooking oil that contains 4 grams of linoleic acid per tablespoon avoids it.

It is made out of vegetable oils, so it contains good unsaturated fats. That’s why supposed to be good for our health. But, it also contains trans fat, which is harmful to our health. The reason is simple, trans fats are responsible for high-level cholesterol and lead us to heart and eye-related issues.

Ready-to-Eat Foods

All sorts of canned foods contain a higher amount of salt or sodium. The number is 75% more specifically. This is very dangerous for us because it is the direct cause of high blood pressure, and it can lead to heart attack and age-related eye problems. In the meantime, these foods also pack many ingredients that are not good for sound health.

All the sugary drinks like sports drinks, energy drinks, lemonade, and other drinks that pack added sugar contain 7 to 10 teaspoons of sugar.
