Cooking oils contain linoleic acid, which is unsaturated fat, and too much of this fat is responsible for AMD, or should I say, age-related muscle damage. It is the cause of blurry vision or vision loss. Now, linoleic acid can be found in oils like sunflower oil, safflower oil, corn oil, sesame oil, and soybean oil. However, cooking oil that contains 4 grams of linoleic acid per tablespoon avoids it.

All the sugary drinks like sports drinks, energy drinks, lemonade, and other drinks that pack added sugar contain 7 to 10 teaspoons of sugar.
