What does RT-PCR results indicate?
- Positive results indicate a current infection. If your test is positive, take all necessary precautions, contact a doctor, stay at home, and separate yourself from others.
- Negative results indicate that RNA specific to SARS-COV-2 was not found. If your test is negative, you should continue to take precautions to avoid contracting COVID-19.
